Where have you gained information about the Erasmus programme? (e. g. on internet, from classmates) spolužáci, studijní oddělení
What was your motivation to study abroad (tick in the list, more items can be ticked) improving language skills
stay abroad as a life experience
desire to be independent, self-sufficient
other:

What documents are required by the host institution within the admission/application procedure? motivační dopis, CV, výpis předmětů z domácí školy a portfolio prací

How long before departure should be the admission/application procedure completed? půl roku
In what language were your courses (mainly) taught? (select from the menu) angličtina

a) before studying abroad 1
b) after studying abroad 1
Have you participated in an EILC (Erasmus Intensive Language Courses)? no

III. Academic Issues

Before departure, had your Learning Agreement (Studienvertrag, Contract d´études) been signed by both your home and host institutions? (select) yes, it had been signed by both before my departure
Did you change the Learning Agreement during your study abroad period? (select) no
Registration for courses to be studied at the host institution: when does it take place and how is it done? (Are there any restrictions as for the selection of courses? May the registration be modified later on?) Můj obor, divadelní dramaturgie, má pevně stanovený počet předmětů a kreditů sdružených do bloku Dramaturgia V. Jako volitelný předmět jsem si přidala portugalštinu - kurz pro začátečníky - na pedagogické fakultě UL.
Would you recommend some interesting course/lecturer? Criticism - Rui Pina Coelho Photography - David Antunes
Did you take exams at the host institution? (select) no
Did you do an internship/job placement as a part of your study period abroad? (select) no
Please describe the methods of learning/teaching (theory, practice, projects) and the methods of evaluation/assessment of students's performance at the host institution and compare them with the situation at your home institution.
How do you see the quality of teaching at the host institution compared to your home institution? (select) lower
How did you obtain study materials at the host institution? (were these distributed for free during lectures or was it necessary to buy them?) Některé knihy jsem si v češtině nechávala posílat z domova, jiné jsem si v angličtině půjčovala v knihovnách a jinak jsem si materiály kopírovala - ty dodávali pedagogové.
How is the availability and facilities of the library?
How is the availability of computer facilities (availability of internet connection, is it necessary to have your own notebook?, possibilites of printing and copying)?
Does the host university use the ECTS system? (select) yes
Does the host institution (or a local student organization) organize some special events for exchange students? (select) no
If YES, please select and specify

IV. Practical aspects of the study abroad period

Which type of accommodation did you use while studying abroad? (select)? shared apartment with other students
Price of your accommodation (in EUR monthly) 210
Please explain why did you choose this type of accommodation (describe the equipment of the flat/dormitory; internet connection; recommend what to bring with you; possibility of checking in in the evening or during a weekend) Bydlela jsem ve velkém bytě poblíž náměstí Marques de Pombal. Do centra pěšky 10 minut.
How long before the start of the study abroad period should the search for accommodation be started? What searching methods would you recommend? měsíc předem přes Internet
Where can students have/buy their meals? školní menza - levná a chutná
What are the prices of basic foodstuffs? (Please compare them with the Czech Republic.) o trochu dražší, ale dá se žít i za téměř stejnou cenu
How to get to the place of study, approximate ticket prices, tips for purchasing tickets Vídeň - Lisabon za 5500 (ovšem dva týdny před odletem), platí čím dřív tím líp, ale Lisabon je daleko, letenky jsou vždycky spíš dražší.
What are the possibilities of local transport (public transport system, bicycle, walking; approximate costs)? MHD formou metra, tramvají, trajektů, trolejbusů, autobusů a vlaků kamkoli v blízkém i vzdáleném okolí Lisabonu, různá pásma s různými cenami.
What formalities should be arranged after arrival (e.g. residence permit)? zařídit si kartičku na MHD, vyzvednout průkaz studenta
What type of health insurance did you use? (approximate cost, advantages, disadvantages, does the host institution require any special type of insurance?) pojištění k běžnému účtu ČS (platí celý rok a stojí cca 30 Kč/měsíc)
Did you have experience with medical treatment abroad? (select)
Did you work during your study abroad period? yes
What are the working conditions for Czech/international students? jeden rok v Portugalsku jste osvobození od placení daní, zřídíte-li si bankovní účet, dostanete fiskální číslo a Recibos Verdes (paragony), do kterých vám zaměstnavatel zapisuje vyplacenou částku. nezřídíte-li si účet, dá se to podobně vyřešit jednorázovou Acto Isolado smlouvou - jen jednou za rok.
Tips for free time activities (sport, culture, trips; are they expensive?)

If NOT, then when did you receive it?
How did you receive your Erasmus scholarship? bankovním převodem
You experience with bank services / accounts (do you recommend to open a bank account abroad, using Czech bank cards abroad)? měla jsem český účet, málo z něj vybírala, platila kartou a hotovost utrácela, kde nebylo zbytí
Were you charged any fees by the host institution (for the issuance of your student card, insurance, copying, study materials, etc.)? platí se za kopírování

What is the procedure of academic recognition like at your home insitution? (What are the steps you have to follow, what are the problems you can meet?) po návratu je třeba odevzdat na studijním oddělení potvrzení o získaných kreditech, žádným problémům jsem nečelila
